MDF sheets is a premium quality substrate designed with photographic output in mind. It is typically supplied maximum in a thickness 3.5mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm. Times and temperatures are constant for both types of substrate, but you should bear in mind that larger pieces will require longer dwell times.

Additional tips:
Place in the press, printable side of the material facing UP, with your transfer on top, facing DOWN. We advise using a sheet or two of absorbent paper underneath, and above the material to absorb any excess moisture from your transfer.
Upon removing from the press, allow the sublimation blanks to cool for about 30-50 seconds before removing the transfer. This allows the coating to re-harden, and minimizes the chance of edge damage.
